• All passes and single workshops are non-refundable.

• Passes and workshops can be transferred to another person until April 15th, 2026, for the full value of the original purchase.

• Dance level requirement: Participants must be familiar with essential Casino moves and figures such as Closed Position, Guapea, Inside Turns (Enchufas), Outside Turns, and Dile Que No.
  Workshops in Casino, Son, or Rueda de Casino are not suitable for beginners. If a participant is found not to meet the required level, access will be denied without refund.

• Full passes purchased through installment plans are also non-refundable.
